The client for this project approached PWS based on the recommendations of a friend, having struggled to achieve their dream from other sources of a room which would provide a connection to their outside space with lots of glass and light.

As the client suffered with mobility issues PWS designed in features which would make their lives easier in terms of movement between the spaces.

As the client was unsure of how they wanted the space to look externally the brief was very open in terms of design interpretation and so a series of concepts were created to fit the brief; “a room in which we can sit with a media centre and a seating area in which we can look out and enjoy the view and get out into the garden for fresh air”
