Having recently purchased a renovated property in Darras Hall the client was looking to swap out a bedroom for an office and create themselves a standout master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite to retain their number of bedrooms.

We achieved this with a striking first-floor extension providing a sheltered outdoor seating area at two levels as well as a statement piece hidden at the rear of the property. The existing box dormer has also been widened and reclad in modern dark timber to tie into the new extension and provide a contrast to the bright white render of the ground floor.
