An extension to a house built into a steep slope, the new garden room at lower level connects out to the south facing garden and west facing patio using large areas of glazing. The garden rooms roof terrace provides connection to the first floor kitchen / dining room for alfresco dining and 270 degrees of vistas out to the north, south and west.

The coloured zinc cladding provides a crisp modern contrast to the stone existing building as well as being a material with low embodied carbon
